Telephony Office-LinX Platform Overview:

The Telephony Office-LinX Platform is a voice mail and unified messaging system that is PC based and designed to integrate with most current PBX platforms, networks, email clients and contact managers. Our Windows and NT based Telephony Office-LinX systems are offered as one product family and can be upgraded in functionality, platform/OS and number of users as your company grows. 

 Telephony Office-LinX systems allow you to process and manage your voice mail, email and fax messages through your phone, remote phone, desktop or mobile PC. 

 TOL is sold in 28 countries and is available in 9 languages - a major strength of the platform is it’s simultaneous multi-lingual capability.

Lan-LinX
A visual messaging, visual call control and visual mailbox anagement. 

Stats-LinX 
Stats-LinX is a reporting application that accompanies Telephony Office-LinX. It is an add-on software that provides call activity details through graphs and charts. It can be run from any client station. 

Group-Ware
Full CTI/unified messaging functionality allowing you to manage voice, email, and fax messages from (MS Outlook, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise). 

Fax-Mail/Fax On Demand
Fax-Mail allows users to receive, store and route fax messages. Fax On Demand Will allow callers requesting written information to be faxed to them quickly. 

Three Implementation Options 

Three Implementation Options – Telephony Office-LinX can be implemented as a: 

• PC based, stand-alone voice mail system. 
• PC based, networked voice mail system with visual call management  through TCP/IP and standard Windows desktop screen pops (Lan-LinX). 
• Full unified messaging system that allows users to access and manage their voice, email and fax messages from any popular email client such as Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise or any POP3/STMP/MAPI compliant email package.
