provides the presence and call processing power of a large-end system in

mail integration, easy installation, and programming.

| THE ULTIMATE INTEGRATION
Omega-Voice VMI is a system circuit card that resides inside ADIX; eliminating
the need to connect an external piece of equipment. Because Omega-Voice
VMI is internally mounted, it provides the ultimate solution for voice
mail integration.

Installation is as simple as inserting the Omega-Voice VMI into an ADIX
universal card slot.

Programming is accomplished via a Windows 95-based System Editor.

Digital integration provides direct connection to the system CPU; providing
optimum speed for call processing and voice mail retrieval.

The capacity of Omega-Voice VMI may be expanded from four to eight ports
by adding an expansion module.

Because Omega-Voice VMI is internally mounted, a separate power source
and additional external connections are not required.

AUTOMATED ATTENDANT

Omega-Voice VMI may be programmed to answer incoming calls to your system,
and provide the caller with call routing options. The automated attendant
may be programmed to answer all incoming calls or incoming calls on specific
lines. Omega-Voice VMI may be programmed to play specific menus based on
the incoming line or caller ID received with the call (routing by caller
ID is based on ADIX database programming).

Omega-Voice VMI mailboxes may be programmed with a unique set of call routing
options. Options include transfer to a personal secretary or other system
extension, callout to system extension, outside telephone number, or numeric
pager.
INTELLIGENT CALL ROUTING
Omega-Voice VMI takes advantage of DNIS, ANI, and Caller ID; enabling
callers to hear customized greetings and ensuring they are directed to
the correct mailbox.

Callers hear a specific voice mail greeting based on the number they dialed
to call you.

Caller ID information is saved with a voice mail message (Caller ID/ANI
lines only). This iformation may be played back with the voice mail message
or forwarded to a numeric pager.
MULTIPLE MESSAGE FOLDERS
Each mailbox has five message folders that provide users multiple levels
of message management.
New Folder - All messages are automatically stored in the New Folder
until manually moved by the station user.
Discarded Folder - Messages deleted from the New Folder are stored
in the Discarded Folder for a period of up to 24 hours.
Saved Folder - Messages may be moved to the Saved Folder where they
will remain for a programmable length of time.
Archived Folder - Messages may be saved indefinitely in the Archived Folder.
Receipt Folder - If a message is marked for receipt request, the
date and time the message was played by the recipient will be saved in
the Receipt Folder.
BROADCAST MESSAGES
Inform multiple users simultaneously with advanced broadcasting
capabilities.

Nine distribution lists may be programmed for each mailbox with a maximum
of 40 mailboxes per distribution list.

Broadcast messages may be sent to all voice mailboxes, or mailboxes in
predefined distribution lists.
NOTIFICATION CALL OUT
Notification Call Out ensures that you won't miss any important
messages.

Omega-Voice VMI may be programmed to call either a system extension, outside
telephone number, or numeric pager.

Notification Call Out may be programmed to occur for all voice mail messages
or only for messages marked urgent.

Notification Call Out may be either immediate, after a specific duration,
or at an exact time of day.

Information sent includes the voice mailbox number, new message count,
and Caller ID information if available.

Each user has four Notification Schedules which may be linked sequentially.
CONVERSATION RECORDING*
Capture important details from a conversation.

Record a conversation or conference call to your voice mailbox.

Eliminate the need for "while you were out" messages by recording a call
and forwarding the message to the appropriate mailbox.

ADIX SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
System Software Version: Omega-Voice VMI will operate
in ADIX Systems with Software Versions 4.30/5.30, ACD 2.0x and higher.
In ADIX systems with Software Version 6.00 and higher, the IX-4VML and
IX-4EVML card ports default as voice mail ports (Class 01.03 data=0-4-1).
In ADIX systems with Software Versions before 6.00, the IX-4VML and IX-4EVML
card ports must be defined as voice mail ports in Class 01.03.
OMEGA-VOICE VMI SYSTEM EDITOR
The Omega-Voice VMI System Editor is used to program the Omega-Voice
VMI. It has two modes of operation, General User Mode and Supervisor Mode.
General User Mode was designed for the on-site system administrator.
It enables on-site administrators to monitor the Omega-Voice VMI status
and to make basic programming changes such as adding and deleting mailboxes,
programming attendant menus and setting up the off-hook scheduling.
The General User mode is documented in the Administrator's Guide.
Supervisor Mode was designed for Iwatsu distributors and installation
technicians. The Supervisor Mode is pass code protected and provides access
to the Integration, Statistics, System Options, and System Information
dialog boxes. In most cases, end-users and system administrators should
not have access to supervisor access privileges.
