Opportunities, compensation and benefits are based on skills, experience, training, work efficiency and attitude.

Certificates of training are desirable, but not mandatory.

BICSI Certified Installation Technicians are given preference.

Job candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency in their field with specialized tools and materials.

Most work is within a fifty mile radius of Chesapeake, Virginia.

Technicians must have their own hand tools of the trade.

There are frequent opportunities for overtime and weekend assignments.

Project Managers, Planners, Estimators, Installation Managers and Sales personnel must have previous experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance. Familiarity with the product lines listed in our Corporate Profile is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, functional computer literacy, above average organizational and scheduling ability is essential. BICSI RCDD's are given preference.

Sales and Marketing personnel must provide evidence of both experience and success in representing telecommunications products in the Hampton Roads market. New business generation, cold-calling, lead follow-up and product management are all part of the daily activities.

All potential employees must be U.S. Citizens, have a valid, unrestricted Virginia drivers license and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
